History piles up around Glenmorangie House, right back to the Picts, the painted people whose sophisticated stonework, the Cadboll Stone, sits locally to the house. Civilized but free, their spirit as a nation still colours the way of life in the Highlands.

The local area has some of the oldest golf courses in the world, a real treat for the golf enthusiast.
Outdoor Pursuits
The house is an ideal base for outdoor pursuits of all kinds from pony trekking, white water rafting to a gentle stroll to the private beach.
Hunting & Fishing
The highlands has pure waters and excellent fish stocks. A variety of lochs and rivers are within easy travelling distance of the house and what could be more relaxing?
History & Sight-seeing
The Highlands are steeped in history and legend. The house has it's own tales to tell with Picts and smugglers forming part of local history. Or perhaps you'd prefer shopping for souvenirs in Tain?
