Needless to say, mealtimes are exceptional. Fine cuisine, fine wine, fine malt whisky – that's what you can expect at Glenmorangie House. We choose the best local produce from Scotland 's natural larder. Seafood landed in the morning can be on the table by lunch. Locally reared beef, lamb, game and venison, arguably the finest in Britain, are delivered daily and cooked to perfection by our wonderful chefs, David and Gary. The kitchen garden is well planted with herbs, vegetables and soft-fruit and, therefore, as far as possible everything you taste at the dining room table will be freshly caught and locally grown. The daily changing menu is created with great enthusiasm and a sheer passion for food.
Every evening, the polished oak table is elegantly set, glistening with glass and silverware. Everyone eats dinner house-party style, sitting at one big table.
A fabulous breakfast including home made porridge, fresh fruit, fresh farm eggs, scrambled with smoked salmon, tea and home-made preserves - everything you could wish for.
